RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your interest in the Early Education Empowerment Conference. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales for conference tickets, vendor tables, sponsorships, and any associated add-ons are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

Ticket Transfers

Conference tickets are transferable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by emailing us with the original purchaser’s name and the new attendee’s information.

All transfer requests must be sent to:

Ticket transfers must be completed prior to the event to ensure proper check-in and badge preparation.

Vendor Tables & Sponsorships

Vendor table reservations and sponsorship purchases are not transferable and remain non-refundable.

Event Changes

Early Education Empowerment Conference reserves the right to modify:

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled by the organizer, purchasers will be notified directly. Any refund or credit considerations will be handled at the sole discretion of Early Education Empowerment Conference.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable purchases. Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may result in revoked access to event materials and future events.
