Dr. Kimberly Krzanowski brings over 20 years of experience in early learning as a former teacher, center administrator, and higher-education leader. She is the Executive Director of the Early Childhood Innovation Center at Delaware State University, where she leads statewide scholarship, career development, and workforce support initiatives. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Office of Early Learning at the Delaware Department of Education, overseeing Delaware’s QRIS, professional development system, compensation policies, and innovative funding strategies. Dr. Krzanowski holds degrees from the University of Delaware and Wilmington University, including a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on innovation in the early childhood workforce.

A Certified Life Coach, Happiness Coach, and Early Learner Trainer, she helps individuals and teams discover purpose, build confidence, and overcome obstacles that limit growth and joy. Her early childhood work sparked her passion for building meaningful connections with children and families, inspiring her mission to empower people to heal and step into their happiest, most authentic selves. Coach Stacey B hosts the Childcare Teacher Chronicles Podcast and YouTube Channel, leads Beyond the Bell University, and is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with her own boutique and signature fashion-glasses line. Outside her professional work, she enjoys crafting, prioritizes self-care, and loves life as a wife and mother of four.
