Meet the Sister Duo: Your Co-Pilots for ECE Leadership Altitude

This year’s Early Education Empowerment Conference is being piloted by two powerhouse sisters on a shared mission: to elevate early childhood education by raising voices, inspiring leaders, and transforming the field from the inside out.

Erica Saccoccio is a nationally recognized speaker, author, YouTuber, and podcast host of The Childcare Director’s Chair. As a multi-site program owner, Erica brings a unique blend of practical leadership experience and innovative strategies designed to help early education leaders scale their impact with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Christine Alexander brings nearly three decades of hands-on expertise in school-age and youth programs. As a multi-site owner, designer, and visionary event planner, Christine knows how to craft meaningful experiences that inspire educators, build community, and leave a lasting impression.

Together, this sister duo is cleared for takeoff — ready to raise the voices of early educators on every airway and lead the charge toward a stronger, more empowered early education community. They’re not just hosting a conference…

They’re flying the plane, setting the course, and bringing the entire field along for the journey.
